The private pool room offered an really good view, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location on the backwaters is beautiful but definitely needs some refurbishment to enhance its charm. The restaurant served great quality South Indian food at reasonable prices. We especially loved our backwater boat ride. Just a short taxi ride from Cochin airport, the location is peaceful, ideal for unwinding. One downside was the long wait at the dosa station due to limited staff. It would be better to have a dedicated person for dosas and another for coffee. Our room, the Villa Garden View, while charming, was a little dark and set far from the main area, requiring us to keep lights on even during the day. The Ayurvedic massage was very nice though, refreshing us thoroughly before we settled in for a lovely meal. All in all, the place has great potential but could easily do with a bit more organization in the dining area and room placements.

I felt completely engulfed in tranquility as I enjoyed the fine views of Vembanad Lake from my Villa with Lake View. The swimming pool was the perfect spot to unwind after an amazing sunset houseboat tour, where I savored delicious meals served on board. Every corner of the resort was surrounded by lush greenery!
